Its generally around 60 to 75 thousand miles, you want to change that belt. And yes. most of the people saying do the water pump at the same time are correct. That belt rides off the waterpump. That pump only costs around 20 to 25 bucks. it will save you all that extra labor in the end if that pump should fail. Do you HAVE to do the waterpump? NO Should you as a preventive maintenance measure YES.

1.25 16v means its a zetec-se engine sor it is belt driven, schedule for changing them is 10yrs/100,000 miles which ever comes 1st

It has a cam belt as do all zetecs ,and should be changed at 40000 to be safe

it has a belt and ford say its good for ten years or 100,000 miles whichever comes first.

it has a belt. usually will break about 100,000 miles. best to change it at about 70 or 80,000 miles.

cambelt but buy the kit if your changing it? some have 100,000 miles check manual or ask garage?
