It'd be very nice if you try to read the Qur'Aan
before you say such things, the Middle east was the birth of three great religions Judaism,
Christianity, and Islam and that was the end of it
Islam is the youngest and is spreading very fast
and when it moves from place to place takes
the people's cultures and their tradition alone
which sometimes has nothing to do w/religions
Human rights are well respected in Islam
before anybody know anything about human
rights.one of the Prophet Mohamad (peace be
Upon him) great sayings about equality:
"PEOPLE LIKE A TEETH OF A COMB,
YOU'RE ALL FROM ADAM,AND ADAM IS
FROM DUST,THERE'S NO SUPERIORITY
OF WHITE OVER BLACK,NOR OF ARAB
OVER NON-ARAB,EXCEPT BY PIETY"

Is this your idea of Christian behaviour? Who gave you authority to judge others?
Why is it Christians never seem to know their own history: crusades, inquisitions, pogroms, the Holocaust, burning witches and heretics at the stake: they all occurred in countries where Christianity was the law.
If you would make Christianity the law, start with Matthew 7:1-5
"Judge not that ye be not judged...Thou hypocrite..."

Because Christianity does not have laws, prophet Jesus (peace be upon him) was not given a new law, he was merely to preach the same law of prophet Abraham (peace be upon him).
On the other hand, prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was given a new law, Islam is a way of life not just a religion. And it has all the laws that a human being needs.

Every Theocracy has the same problem: there is something more important that human life to consider in every law, action and practice. As soon as human life and dignity become second place, there are going to be problems.

In any country where religion is law, there will be human rights violations no matter which religion it is. People have a right to choose their own religions. The Middle-East is less developed as well, so we can't really compare.
