Vegans can have a vitamin B-12 and Folic acid deficiency, I forget what is is you can get, but, it nothing serious that a Supplement will not fix.
You should go to the Eye Doctor and tell the person your Vegan and your symptoms. I not sure of your age, you may have Glaucoma which is a High Eye Pressure. It not curable, but, is treatable with eye drops.
You really need to go to the Eye Doctor, this not something you want to play around with!

It's always a good idea for a vegan to take suppliments if they're not getting some nutrients (ie, proteins).

It sounds like you're suffering from dry eye, which probably isn't related to your diet. Be careful with the eye drops, as many of those contain "pain killers" that simply mask the symptoms for a little while.

Get to an eye doc!
I find that juice or water before bed helps my chronic dry eyes.
Its unlikely that it's caused by a missing vitamin.

i can so ttly answer that. well in the wind, my eyes r on fire, n they get all puffy. thats because u hav sensitive eyes. the wind gets trapped under ur lower eylid, so it causes it to burn n maybe puf. i would suggest eyedrops, maybe visine, thats stuff burns at first for me since my eyes r so sensitive. go to n eyedoctor, they will giv u prescription eyedrops, which r much better. good luck. <3

Your eyes need to be looked after, you need expert advice from an optician. Dont delay. It could be nothing but you need to be sure.
