Well it depends on the woman. Some women look good with curves and ok face. Great *** and legs can help the face too...it is more of a total package thing. Kinda like buying a used car...one might have hail damage but be brand new. Another might look great but have a blown engine...each has their advantage!

to me hot is more about the way a person is dressed, how their hair is styled and the way they carry themselves. Of course you need to at least be decent looking and have a nice body too.

why care? it depends on the individual, culture, etc (i.e. in some African tribes the appearance of the female genitals is the only thing that matters....I just give this example to show you how subjective beauty is). If you are content with yourself that's all that matters...
