If you think he likes you, then go for it, and ask him out. Ask him if he wants to go see a movie sometime or something like that. You can hold hands then.

just ask him to go see a movie with you and order a popcorn and when his hands dip into this pop corn box for some pop corn try and sneek your hands in there as well, and touch his hands and hold it for awhile and later slip both of you and his hand out of this pop corn box and place it normal. it is scary but it is worth a try =)
