No. It is an old, well-known scam, called a "fantasy passport." No country recognizes it.

If you reside in the United States of America, then you should definitely apply for a United States of America Passport.

The "World Service" passport is NOT considered Official U.S. Government issued identification and it is NOT valid for travel.

These "World Service" people are scammers!

Please trust me. I actually work at the U.S. Department of State, Washington, DC.

Good Luck !!!

It would be more helpful if you gave an idea of where you might like to travel Your British visa does not cover you to travel within the EU - if an Indian citizen requires a visa to visit an EU member state then you need to apply for one from the relevant country Many countries in the EU are members of the Schengen Agreement - if you apply for a Schengen Visa for one Schengen member state then it should cover you to visit several of those countries at the same time

Friend, I would not waste money on that. You'll most likely be laughed at by airport, customs, and immigration personnel. You'll be lucky if they even let you on the plane.

I recommend if you are a US citizen, to get an official US passport thru the various available means. Or if you're not from the US, to apply for one thru your nation's Foreign Office or Foreign Affairs Dept/Ministry.
