Victoria Principal Reclaim line is really, really good...seriously. It is the cheapest I have found that works really well and doesn't clog pores. There are lots of good creams at department stores (Borghese, Prescriptives, etc) but they are really pricey.

Don't use hemoroidal cream around your eyes as it will clog your pores, you get little whiteheads as it is too heavy for delicate skin around eyes.
If you are on the budget, Olay Regenerist Lifting eye serum is really good.
