I am about to post a profile in an online-dating site, and I am not sure what I should be talking about. I would like to ask woman what they think is important to read, because I think is kind of a turn off when a guy is trying to sell himself, I don't like to talk about me, I know I don't have a choice, but I just have a simple question, isn't a turn off when the guy says how great of a job he has, and how cool he is, and how great he is like competing with other guys?. If you ask me, I am the opposite, I have probably done and lived and visited more countries than what those kind of guys say, but I don't like to just show up in people and say it?. If I put my profile and I say "I am just simple", do you think I will have any luck?, or I will have to show up and demonstrate the world I am just a great guy?, what you as a woman think? or even a guy that could help me on this one?

most important tihng is to be honest. i wouldent say what ur job is (not because women dont like to hear it but if u earn lots of money someone might just be interesed in that so dont to protect yourself). say what you like doing eg traveling. maybe what kinda relaionship your looking for ect. what u look for in a woman (try being romantic here very important) dont say anything bout looks though. hope it works out for u and i could help.
