Hi Max.
I am sorry that you are going through such a tough time right now. I have been in a very similar situation myself. I suffered from severe depression for two years and was unable to work or attend school. I am 29 (30 in 6 weeks) and am still working on my undergrad degree, am making very little money and when I compare myself to my friends I find myself feeling very similar what you described.
If there are counseling services available in your area for the financially underprivileged, I would recommend that you seek help. With the help of a very good (sliding scale fee) counselor I was able to work through my issues and I am doing nearly 100% better than I was even a year ago.
You have some very real challenges in your life and I can understand how this could feel overwhelming. Talking to someone will help you to deal with those feelings and the counselor may be able to suggest services or programs that you may not know exist.
Above all, try not to be too hard on yourself, that's the last thing you need right now.
I hope that you are able to get some help. . .at 28 you are still very young (even though I know it doesn't always feel that way) and you have a lot of life to live. I wish you the very best and will keep you in my thoughts.

First you give up fear from your mind.
You see, everybody has to die. What worst will happen? You will also die. People will mourn for some days and forget.
But if you could do something you will put forth an example and you could not be ignored. Not only that but those trying to avoid you will also change their mind. Therefore concentrate on the subject you like and try to expertise. Tell your mind that you should be master of the subject.
I don't know the rules of your country but there are some vacancies in government services. So you can try in that line also.
If you have a good hand in any art forget everything and try hard, you will be sucessful. Best luck.

i dont know how to have empathy with you. i am a well adjusted person of normal to above average mental capacity and i am very creative in thinking and problem solving.I have good health all my life and i am a very active person.I enjoy riding my bike and dancing. So i have told you this to let you know that i really cannot say i know how you feel and therefore maybe i have nothing to offer you. But one thing i do know is that you cannot destroy a mind that is strong and determined to succeed no matter what others may say. in the face of strong adversity, regardless of other's opinions, if i think i am right, there's no way you will stop me.so i suppose the best advise i can give you is that IF you have a good brain and you have the WILL to succeed, then NOONE will stop you from becoming what you want to be or achieve. .....of course there is one person....yourself.

You have wasted a lot of time, a person like you should first of all learn to do something creative.....your legs have problem, but your hands are normal, learn to make something, anything, say toys, household equipments, decorative things., plastic bags, packing things........if you can do something, then you can earn money and also you will be happy and busy.........in the spare time you can do your correspondence course also.......it all needs a bit of courage, just to sit depressed is not going to help you.....once you will start earning, your inferiority complex will leave you.........God will help you only if you will help yourself........so start working in some factory, they will teach you a lot........after some years you will be a different person.........Best of luck.

hi there. i understand you.im 34 now and with the help of my sister, im just going to finish my studies now. i also felt what you are feeling now. faith has helped me recover. maybe you should try attending prayer groups. God will help you. try. you have nothing to lose. maybe from there you will meet folks who can help you get a job for which you are capable of doing and pay for your own studies. for now, most important thing is for you to get out of the house and see the world. meet people. believe me, you will feel less ans less depressed in the coming days once you started getting out of the house. i dont know your religion. but when i was there in penang last time, there is a christian group there we attended their service every sunday. go with your friends there. or attend to your church. good luck. get out of the negative environment. be with positive people.

you need to pray to the Lord my friend, get saved and God will come in and change all of this, simple answers and human wisdom cannot help you, but God can, that may be why you are going thru these things so you will cry up to Heaven and recieve a miricle in your life, seems to me you got nothin to lose at this point

I would see your doctor or psychiatrist. Or try an online support group....just put in your keywords....like anxiety support....and something should pop up. I would get to a doctor, though, to talk with him or her.....he/she may be able to help you with this problem.
