Well it does help. We have a hot tub and its great for all that. The heat feels so good on your bones and all then when you get out of it it does help limber you up. Warning on hot tubs if you have high blood pressure do not use unless you consult your physician first.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!

I am a 69 year old male and a huge lover of hot tubs but recently I decided that my habit of soaking after bike riding may be causing the severe knee pain which I have suffered from for a number of years. I had been thinking I would soon need a new knee, but after stopping that practice my knee quickly healed and no longer clicks or seizes up after walking only a few hundred yards. In fact in 3-4 months after stopping my hot tubbing, the results can only be described as a miraculous recovery.

I have moderately severe arthritis in my lower back, knees, hands and wrists. Jacuzzis and hot tubs help somewhat with the pain and stiffness, but so does a warm shower and mild exercise. Muscle cramps are another story. For me, the only thing that helps is just working them out by stretching them out. You might have some blood work done to check your potassium and calcium levels. I'm on supplemental calcium and a multivitamin, which has decreased the frequency of muscle cramping for me.

Joint pain or stiffness of the joint may be caused by overexertion, injuries, arthritis, muscle pain, bursitis and other diseases. Depending on the cause of the joint pain, joints on both sides of the body and small or large joints may be affected. Some types of joint pains can be completely cured but for other types of joint pain (like pain caused by osteoarthritis), treatment will only reduce the pain.
