Unfortunately. girls who behave this way are usually very insecure and are looking for love and mistaking having sex with so many for being popular and cared for. One day, hopefully, some man who really does care for her, not in love with her but truly caring as a friend, will set her straight about it. No one can say why for sure, but these girls won't accept this from another girl, her own family or professional counselors but they will from a male friend.

First I would suggest that you go to school and take up english, then take a sex education course. Once you have acheived that go meet a nice young man and date for a while before you spread your legs and increase the population of the earth or spread some of the many STDs that are rampant everywhere.
