I also seen on the box of post grape-nut flakes the same diet...maybe you could mix and match to help you stay on the diet if you try.
I don't think I could stick it out as my stomach is always rumbling if I try to replace a meal with a bowl of cereal....I would be lucky to be able to do it a week, not for a whole month!
I'd like to lose that extra 10 pounds too, but I don't have that type of willpower....I figure that extra 10 pounds won't kill me, but it would be a different story if I had any extra 30-40.
Good luck on your diet. I think it will work if you stay true to it and keep on exercising.

I've eaten Special K for breakfast before but was always so starved that I'd eat something quick and fattening before lunchtime. I would suggest that you make breakfast something that will get you through the morning. I have a half bagel with light cream cheese and do just find with that. Sometimes I have a piece of toast with peanut butter and cheese on it. A breakfast with protein and a carb is the best way to go. As for Special K if I were you I'd only use it as a snack food.

I tried it but i didn't stick to it. It makes sense though. You are lowering your calorie intake. Just be sure to measure the cereal for serving size. A 3/4 cup is the serving and 1/2 cup of skim milk that is like 160 calories. Make sure you eat a healthy lunch. And add a snack in there like a fruit or vegetable. Good Luck. You can do it.

it rather is a starvation foodstuff ordinary. particular ok is composed of very almost 0 food, and that's if truth be told a protein-unfastened foodstuff ordinary, too. My Keebler Cookie Crunch could be a greater advantageous commencing place for a foodstuff ordinary plan. Why does our way of existence insist on all and sundry of those gimmicks? heavily, count extensive style your energy, consume healthful meals, and workout. Whats so tricky approximately that? Is it rather much less complicated to objective and get by ability of on 2 bowls of cereal an afternoon?

I tried it but you have to put either low fat milk, 2% milk or skim in order to see results. Me, I use whole milk in mine; I lost about 1-2 lbs. per week. Just be sure to eat a healthy meal in between! Keep up with the exercise though!

yea, you get great results from the special k diet if you eat the cereal 2 times a day as ur meals. my mom did that diet. she said that the reason people lose weight on it is because the cereal tastes like cardboard and no1 eats it....so they lose weight.
