Yes it's possible.Any man who diets down to about 5-6% bodyfat will show the last two that everyone forgets about. No amount of abdominal training will affect the muscle that you can see though proper an dregular exercise will develop the muscles.

Training all ranges of the abs it the best way to devolop all of the muscles.Diet is the only way to SEE all of them.Sit ups, crunches, leg raises, side bends are just a few.
You can see my entire abdominal muscle group and I have never done steroids in my entire life.
Diet dhould include consuming less calories than you burn based on your BMR.

You should also consume less carbohydrates and more protein.Protein has a much better thermic value than most other macronutrients.

I read Men's Journal magazine every month, and in a past issue, I read that it IS possible for a man to get an 8 pack, but it takes a certain type of exercise. I can't recall what stomach exercise would do this, but I'm sure if you searched for it online, you would find something to get you started. Good luck with that extra 2!

Yes but HUGE of it rely on your metabolism, gene, diet, method of excrise and many other things.

If you have average metabolism and like to eat cookie, cake, and other fattening foods, excrise three days a week for only a hour or two, and don't push yourself hard then chance is extremely low.

Why? because belly is the first place in man's body that fat go to. So to get 8 pack, you will need very low percent of body fat like around 3 to 5%. So it take a lot of work to get a 8 packs.

Yes there is a way. Dont listen to people on your answers that think they know what they are talking about and can't tell a steroid from a vitamin. The abdominal muscle is one giant muscle; not 6 different muscles. the lower two are the hardest ones to get, that's why many people dont have them, due to lack of targeting them. You dont have to take steroids to get cut. I didn't and I'm military, and part time body builder, so I thnk that I know a little more than the other people who answered this

Yes and No

it isn't a muscle.

It is a small portion of fat around the lowest of the rib cage.
So you actually see the rib pushing out.
