We will let you go wherever you want and they will let you in - no problem. It's the leaving that's tricky. Why would you choose now to go if I may ask?

You'll need to have your exit visa prior to going. If you have children make sure they are on your passport vs. say a male companion.

Its all about money. Be prepared financially to make a persuasive argument when your ready to leave. There is of course no American Embassy. Your pretty much on your own other than the Swiss Consulate. You'll need to be aware of and follow their customs. I am speaking from experience.

I think there is no restriction by Iran for extending visa to US citizens but the US gov had advised it citizens to refrain.

I agree, uk is our close best chum, As an American the united kingdom consistently shall we me shuttle freely into their united states to do even if, stay although long etc, even whilst i become traveling on my own as a teenager.

I don't know exactly, but it'd be easier than getting american visas by an iranian for sure.
