I have no idea what you are trying to imply here..
Healthy living:
Diet: Eating in moderation does not cost anything.
Food: Nutritious foods do not cost any more for the poor than they do for the rich. The truly poor are eligible for food stamps which they can use to buy these health foods.
Exercise: It's free. It does not cost anything to do a few calisthenics, walk, or jog daily.
Dangerous Behavior (smoking, unprotected sex, drugs, etc.): These are lifestyle choices and have no bearing on whether you are rich or poor.
Health Insurance: While it is true that the poor do not receive the same level or quality of care as the properly insured there are still options available to them.

I've heard many times that it's more expensive to eat healthy than to eat poorly because of the price of fruit and vegetables. Also that white bread is cheaper than whole grain bread etc etc.
However, I disagree. There are fresh fruit and vegetable programs in my city where anyone can get these items for really cheap. Also, I have noticed that since I have been eating more healthfully, my grocery bill has decreased. I think that healthy, whole food is more satisfying so you eat less. Speaking of which, portion size makes a difference too. Also, it's about priorities. You see poor people smoking and drinking frequently and those are expensive habits. It's challenging to be on a budget, no doubt, but a healthy lifestyle is accessable to all who choose it.

Its only coz they live in poor conditions.
They may b lacking money even 2 purchase foods 2 fulfill their body needs. Normally poor people r nt able 2 live healthy coz of certain Dietary deficiency like Vitamin deficiency or so...
If we think abt this issue thoroughly there r sme solutions 4 this.
Sme foods r very cheap n healthy (containing almost all or great no. of nutrients) can be consumed by poor people easily.
Eggs r very cheap. Rs. 2 or 3 costs for n egg in India. Eggs hav almost all vitamins, minerals etc. It may prevent any deficiency syndromes in poor people.
Just 4 eggs at a time f meals with sme other light food will b better, i think.....
Normally i hav observed that poor people eat unnecessary things junk foods, oily foods etc as they lack information abt nutrients contained in those food items. This may b d reason that most poor people remain unhealthy...
Yes it possible 4 poor people 2 live healthy bt they lack knowledge abt which food is efficient n healthy 2 eat..
If we plan a good cheap n healthiest food 4 poor people n ask them 2 follow that, we may make them Healthier...
Hope, my thinking helps u!.... \
Thank u !

welllll...the rich can afford foods that tend to be of better quality and high in nutrients (such as organic foods)... the healthy foods are also more expensive as it costs alot more to produce them. The basic foods (like ready made meals) that some stores do , are cheaper, but can be fatty or high in salt or sumthin, however poor peoples can afford healthy living by eating more fruits n vegies plus it has 2 b a balanced diet

Healthy living not restricted to the very rich. Very rich people might live in very nice and expensively decorated homes, but not necessarily healthy living.

Actually eating healthier can cheaper. If you learn how to make alot of the foods that you may purchase already prepared, you can tailor it to suit your needs as far as butter and salt go. So many prepared foods are processed and contain way too much salt. You have to learn to read labels too. Also learn to subsuitute the bad ingredients for healthier ones.

It may seem that way, but there are way to live healthy with having to spend much money. You don't have to join a gym to exercise. Most activities/exercies, done consistantly, will lead to better health. Also eating healthy doesn't have to be expensive, fresh vegatables, thanks to mega farms, can be found year round in your local grocery store. As with anything, moderation is key.

What does money have to do with healthy living?
What is healthy living.
You don't have to join a country club to be able to exercise and eat healthy.
What planet are you from?
