If you are young (and your growth plates have not closed) you can increase your height with daily Growth Hormone injections. They are expensive but very effective. You must have a prescription. See your doctor.

no idea - but if you find out post the answer here so i can do the same - i coud do with being a foot taller - then i'd be the right height to weight ratio lol xx

try to stand up straight more and were high heels get your legs toned right up running and cycling and i think small is cute u wudnt want to be my height 5"7 and im only 15! or wuld u lol xx

its difficult to increase your height, any way you can try by do in pull ups. you can increase resistance by hanging a weight to your hip

ok, here it goes...
- drink lots of milk
-jump rope(skipping)
-sleep well
-monkey bars and pulls
-play more of basketball.
-certain yoga techniques(get hold of a yoga master)
thare's nothing more you can do, really, oh, and even these will help only if u r between 9 to 19 yrs of age.
otherwise, wear heels, and good luck.

you can not unless you are stll growing. The only way to do it is with a very painful and expensive bone lengthening surgery.

You can by sleeping(so you get rest) , drinking milk(best way) , monkeybars(kinda slow way) and by cutting your hairs(so ur hairs dont take all the credit)...
