Hi,
PHP is a recursive acronym that stands for "PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor". It is a file format for server-side web scripting and is not used for video\media files. Try viewing the file in Notepad and if you see readable code then it is a PHP web file and not a video. If it shows up random gibberish, it could be a video with the wrong file format extension. If the latter is the case, you could potentially rename the file to something like "video.avi" and then try to play it but statistically, these files should send up a red flag as something that potentially contains a virus or trojan. Good luck.
