Since it is obvious that you do not have a clue about obedience training, your services should be for free. You cannot train even an adult dog for 8 hours a day. About the most that can be done at any one time is 10 - 20 minutes and that is with an adult dog and not a puppy. The attention span on this baby is extremely short and training session should be no more than 10 minutes and twice a day. Additionally, there isn't going to be much learned if you will only be training for 5 days. Obedience training is cumulative and is done over a much longer period of at least several weeks to several months.
What you can charge is determined by your experience, reputation, and accomplishments and in a case like this, should also include guaranteed expectations. Just working with dogs over several years, is not the experience that is necessary to be a dog trainer. There are too many people who are putting that title to their name and fleecing the public. Don't be one of them.

O.K., Is the balcony securely enclose, at least several feet high, without any gapes? Another thing to consider is the amount of time and energy you are going to spend taking the dog out for walks. Depending upon yr answers, then that's the type of dog to get. Do you want a quiet, not too hyper, and type? That would be like a Lhasa (which I have), a Peke, a Shitz Shu. Just FOUND- Type http://www.canismajor.com/dog/chbreed.html#Life

------------Click on "What's your lifestyle?" and read. It's about the same as I wrote up above. The other end of the Shitz Shu, Lhasa, are breeds like to Jack Russell Terriers, Rat Terriers, which need much exercise. My Lhasa likes to walk, but loves and stays by me all the time.

If you don't have much room, I would consider a small breed dog that doesn't require lots of outside space to run. Just be sure that you take it to a local dog park from time to time to give it plenty of outdoor play time. Also make sure your home is pet friendly for a small dog, they will pick up anything and chew on it, don't want him/her to get zapped by a lamp cord being chewed through. Just make sure you have the time for a dog also, otherwise I would suggest a fish.

I'm a small dog person!! By small I mean under 10 pounds. Mine are all box trained so they don't need to go out (though they do prefer to) small toys and balls provide plenty of exercise, yet they also go on hikes with me.
They do need lots of training, play time, and companionship. Your balcony should be totally secured with fencing.
Due to the recent celebrity status of "pocket" pets, our shelters and rescue groups are over whelmed and need good devoted homes.

A well-trained dog makes everyone happy, including his owner. Take a little time training him, and you'll never regret it; you'll always have an obedient dog by your side. Find more https://tr.im/0a3Mv

By their nature, dogs are pack animals with a well-defined social order. Through basic training, you need to consistently make sure your puppy understands that you are the leader, not him. So in teaching him the basic rules, you take on the role of pack leader.

To fit into the family circle, your dog must be taught to recognize his name and such commands as come, heel, lie down and sit.

Dont get one no matter how much you want one, you need a garden not a balcony. Plus little dogs are yappy your neighbours will start complaining.
Get a fish or something?
