Sure, every person had some anxiety at some point in his life. I did too. Just relax, assess your fears, then decide how to face them. Read the ff:

1. It's Only A Flat Tire In The Rain by Max Davis.
2. Think & Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill.
3. Who Moved My Cheese by Dr. Spencer Johnson.

Good luck!

An event that is new to you, could put you out of your "comfort zone" creating (anxiety.)
This is common, and happens from time to time.
One method used to alleviate or lessen the anxiety, is an approach called (big word coming,) systematic desensitization.
As an example: Fear of flying. You could watch a movie about airplanes, then when you feel comfortable with that, you might want to talk to someone who has flown, afterwards you could visit an airport, until finally (hopefully) feel better about actually flying an airplane. Good Luck!

Almost... I'm having problems deleting mails, period... If I try to delete a mail that I've read, it appears as though the mail is being deleted, and the little message "Done" appears at the bottom left corner, but the mail remains in my 'in-box'.. Sometimes, if I mark three or four (check mark) I can delete them en-masse, but bye and large, there is a problem with Yahoo Mail.. Aside from all else, it is agonisingly slow to navigate to my in-box, and even more so when I open a mail..

yeah anxiety is normal espically in the sitations you meantioned.
some people are fine with air planes but those who have a fear of them the anxiety will be alot worse. i suffered extreemly when i went on holiday this yr, i have reoccuring nightmares im going to die on a plane crash and when i got on that plane it felt like i was walking to my death. it was the most awful expereine of my life
if anxiety really starts affecting your life and gets in the way of living that is when you will need to seek help about it. i have anxiety about lots of things and recently talked about them with my health visitor and she wasnt atall concerned - said it was totally normal

Perfectly normal, who wouldn't feel anxious starting a new job, etc... Especially after a set-back, one loses their self-confidence or self-esteem.

Panic attacks are horrible. Learn to calm yourself through them or get meds to help you. I prefer med free.
