Yeah, I just take a Centrum (multi-vitamin) day and eat plenty of fruits and some vegetables.

Hi. I am a vegetarian and it is nothing to be worried about. In fact, it is a very healthy way to live and you don't have to slaughter innocent animals to do it. Just take a multi vitamin. Make sure you eat you balanced diet (tofu, nuts, beans and mild, etc for proteins) and you will be fine. :)

some people also take whey protein for amino acids

DO NOT take an iron pill in addition to the small amounts of iron in your multi-vitamin. self prescribing iron is very dangerous.

B vitamins, Iron and Folic acid, are the main ones. However, a good mutivitamin like wellwoman (or wellman) should contain everything you need.
