Unless your understanding of the Word is perfect, and you walk in perfect harmony with the Word, what business have you appointing yourself preacher of the Word?
Aren't these preachers the people Jesus spoke of when he said:
"Beware of false prophets which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bringeth forth good fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit."?
Matthew 7: 15-18
If you do not have a perfect understanding of the Word, and do not walk in perfect accord with the Word, are you not the corrupt tree unable to bring forth good fruit?
"Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect"
Matt5:48

Corinthians was written by Paul, not Jesus.
Paul was the first self-appointed preacher, and his arrogance had reason to justify itself.

"The wolves that Jesus talks about are people who tell others about Jesus so they can make money and have power and worldly things"
The "ravening wolves" are also people who are self-righteous, giving the appearance of being a Christian without the substance.

"were the apostles and their duly ordained successors" there are no words of Jesus to support this claim.

The idea above is that no man can claim he is a prophet of the word. Even Jesus wept on the cross because God had to look away. When that happened, Jesus asked why instead of trusting his faith. Jesus knew God could not look upon a sin being committed, and still felt compelled to ask why anyway. Basically all that it says is trust in your heart what comes from God, and he will send someone to help you. But do not trust those that force themselves upon you, for even they do not understand his will.

The only people who were ever authorized by Christ to forgive sins, to baptize, and to teach, were the apostles and their duly ordained successors, the bishops of the only church Jesus ever founded.
The only Church on earth with clear connections to the original apostles, the God appointed rulers of the Church, is the Catholic Church, which remains to this day one, holy, universal, and apostolic.
The Bible has little or nothing to do with it.
Jesus founded a church. He didn't "found" the Bible.
Jesus gave power and authority to teach and to govern, to the men he picked to rule his church, and to their properly ordained successors. He didn't give that authority to the Bible.
Jesus commissioned his apostles to go forth, to teach and to baptize, officially, as leaders of his one, true church, sharing one truth and one creed. He didn't send a poorly prepared rabbel out into the world to lead people astray, based on flawed and biased interpretations of the word of God.
Those who are not fully united the the church which Jesus founded have to date, developed over 31,000 different versions of "the truth".
Yet Jesus prayed that all of his followers should be one.
Ladies and gentlemen, we have a big problem!

There is an old saying that is not in the Bible that can't be further from the truth. Is goes "The pathway to hell is lined with good intentions." Christianity is all about our relationship with Jesus Christ right here right now. And it is all about our intentions. I have my testimony. I am an expert in my testimony and in my relationship with Jesus because I am me. GOD uses empty willing vessels to declare his truth. The wolves that Jesus talks about are people who tell others about Jesus so they can make money and have power and worldly things. They are very easy to spot. Just listen to them and read the Bible. See if they sound alike.
May GOD richly bless you.

By this logic, there could be no spreading of the word at all, as it would be objectively impossible to have a perfect understanding of the word, as everyone's interpretation of Scripture is subjective. People have differences of opinion, and different points of emphasis within the same opinion.
Also, pretty much anyone who takes it upon himself or herself to spread the word or attempt to evangelize has appointed himself or herself. Whether that's out of arrogance or not is, again, highly subjective.
