You may be pushing too hard or just unused to the feeling of exertion if you are a beginner.

Remember to eat a small snack with 45 minutes after you are done exercising, under 200 calories, with a balance of carbs and protein to get your body ready for your next workout.

make sure you are eating and drinking enough water to support your exercising. And do not exercise on an empty stomach thinking you will get into a fat burning zone faster....you need to have fuel to drive your car, right??same thing...

If you are also excessively thirsty or urinate a lot, please be evaluated for diabetes.

You have not given many details, like is it after cardio or is it after weight training, or if you have only now started working out.

If you work out to too high an intensity, then you will feel shaky and weak. Look for the RPE on fitness sites, but you should not be working out so hard that you can't breathe.

Do you get enough water, you could be dehydrated. It could also be muscle fatique, dont worry this is normal (that happens to me when I do lunges) it should lessen after about 10 mins, and you should feel normal (except you might be a little sore which is ok) inabout an hour, otherwise your pushing yourself to hard. Just make sure that you eat 1hour before you excercis to keep your strength up

Good luck!

Lacking vitamins. Most people take a multivitamin, Fish Oil or Omega 3 Fatty Acids and anything else they are insufficient in.

Check the rda allowance for vitamins

sounds a lot like hypoglycemia. You don't have to have diabetes to experience hypoglycemia, but I would recommend talking to an exercise physician to be sure.

Anything that gives you a small sugar boost should help, like a cup of OJ

Try eating a small meal an hour before working out. I eat a small bowl of cereal before I go to the gym. It helps!
