Your question is unclear. Competition between men and women in WHAT? There are things that men are better in such as those that require physical strength. However, there are also things that women are better in such as interpersonal relationships. If we look at the whole picture, it's not really a competition - men and women need each other. Making a competition out of it is silly and immature.

The media would have us believe its a competion versus Muslims at the moment, to be honest I haven't seen much of men vs women in the media at all.
On these boards though, a very different matter... it seems as if half the women and men want to put each other down.

No competition, we're essentially the same bar a sex chromosome and some hormonal influence. Women are better at having babies, men are better at peeing standing up , big deal, we're two sides of the same coin. Why compete, what would the "winner" get? It's not like all men or all women are the same so how could it be a clear cut competition anyhow?

It depends on the situation and the people. In some cases yes it is a competition in the fact that men are generally labeled better, stronger and smarter than women. From a young age this is enforced in the kids games and little songs. In other cases men admit that women are just as capable as me to hold the reputation as strong and smarter than some men!
it really depends how you look at it and how you act about it!

i don't think so. man needs woman as much as woman needs man!...as for me i love them , i don't know what i'm going to do without them or if ever i have to compete with them i'll let them win all the time! or maybe they will beat me all the time!!
