Good question. I'd also like to know...I have heard about 40 - 50, but that seems a bit high to me...

I donno but my aunt when she was on a low carb diet from the dr it was 30 carbs a day and that was likely impossible.The dr said that was a healthy carb diet standard to set for to keep her from going too high but not very likely.So Good Luck.
