could be anything from trying to entertain herself, to trying to get your attention, even negitive attention is better than no attention!
Try talking with her, or letting her out when she starts making noise.
Anotherthing you might need to do is take a good look at her beek..is it overgrown? Is there a split in it that needs attention, keets need to chew to keep their beeks properly groomed...good luck!
