Well, Tattoos are my life. haha That's what I do all day. So not so "cool" because it's an everyday matter, but definately takes a lot of my time, but I would never call it wasting.
I think they're beautiful. I love the way they accentuate women's curves, and flatter women's bodies. That's my favorite, I love seeing pretty people with pretty tattoos, and with 'lots of them. I love what they do for people, when you do an amazing tattoo, just what the client wanted, the way they get all happy about it. I love that. To some people, it's 'freedom', or sybolizes accomplishment, or love, or memories...and I love what tattoo collectors say their tattoo does for them, making them happy... I like that...
I love tattoos, very much. I couldn't imagine never having any. The process of getting them is an escape from stress, to help calm or soothe frazzled nerved. The tattoos I own have very powerful meanings, so they mean so much to me, and map out my life. I love them, I think they're amazing.
I will always love my tattoos. People don't undertand that tattoo ink has changed. Okay, all of the old people have the old ink. The ink they have was very primitive, and had polymers, acrylic polymers in them, partly cause the "green" or "Blue" look to them. Also, unfrtunately, most people who get a tattoo do NOT take care of their tattoos. People didn't take care of their tattoos then, and people still dont take care of them. The ink used today had been refined, Most of the inks have no polymers these days, and have brighter colors, and darker blacks, that STAY their colors and shades. If you take GOOD care of them, it will take a good 40-50 years before tattoos need to be touched up, and then they look amazing again. That's how I'll look when I get old...Tattoos look good if you take care of them...but no, people don't think tattoos through, and they take them too lightly, so they'll have bad looking tattoos, simple as that. EDIT: please don't tell me that i am wrong because anyone that has the training/school I have had would know this...it's common knowledge.
People are raised to thrive on ignorance and hate, and I ignore that. People judge, people judge falsely in the "way" of God, but don't realize that they've already done something worse than me, unlucky for them, I'm the bigger person, and have God wholly in my heart. So don't let them get to you.

I like them. I think it is wrong for people to judge others because they have them. Tattoos usually tell a story bout the person. It's just like the car they drive or walk into their house & see the style. U can tell something about the person. I have many tats & I am VERY intelliegent & respectable. There are many of our politicians that have them, your doctor, your lawyer, your accountant. If you want the tattoo that is your business & nobody elses. And for all the people who talk about getting old & they look bad then they didn't take care of themselves because i know many older people that have them & they still look good. Besides who says your going to make it to be OLD. Live your life now for now because you may not have tomorrow. It is a big decision & shouldn't be taken lightly.

Personally I think they are cool but if you are worried about getting one but having other people think it is a waste of time you can just get a small one in a place where very few people can see it

Personally, I think it depends on the individuals involved. I have a tattoo, and while I don't think of it as 'cool', it certainly wasn't a waste of time. It has a strong meaning for me. So as far as the topic of tattoos go, I think it's all relative.

I think they are cool, I like to do original tattoos that are not out of a book though. Wouldn't it be horrible to be walking down the street and see the same tattoo that you have on someone else?

I think tattoos are alright but it's too much of a thing nowadays that I really wouldn't want to get one for myself. It's too common and thinking of how many people have tattoos, which are a lot, I'm thinking, yeah, boring and I guess, I conclude: a waste of time and money and ... ink-free, healthy skin.

I never heard of tattos. Tattoos are cool, though. On a hot girl or cool guy they can look excellent, problem is though, most people are fat.

It really depends on the person, the tattoo and if it is done in good taste. Tattoos are an individual thing sort of like fashion, For me they can be beautiful it doesn't matter what body they are on.

I now a really smart people and they have a little tattoos. In the back of my mind probably i would want to, i just don't want to mess with my body. I know that when you get older they don't look as good as they used to.

I hate tattoos! I got one when I was 18 (dumb and naive decision) and I've been slowly getting it removed by laser treatments. I totally blew it! I dissapointed everybody. It's very costly, too! I wish I would have never gotten a tattoo!
