You could always try wash in curl or use sponge rollers on your hair they will give you tight curls, or there is varis steam rollers you could use. Permanantly would be to get a perm but it really damages your hair so be careful.

Well it depends on if you want permanent curls or temporary curls. If you want permanent curls try a home perm or if you don't trust yourself enough to go with the home perm try going to the salon. I'm sure if you explain to them what you want they can help you out.

wash your hair, then ligthly towel dry it before combing a good firm setting lotion through your hair , then use salon type plastic rollers to set your entire head of hair, if setting at night you should put a good setting net over your rollers and take them out last thing in the morning,
Try not to use heated rollers or curling tongs to avoid heat damage to your hair
you should go down to a hair salon and ask for a shampoo and set and ask stylist to show you how to roll your own hair , find out what best size of rollers are for your hair, and also the best type of setting lotion to use
