Bad bad little hippy! One takes the little canister and a balloon, empty the canister into the balloon, inhale from the balloon. Be careful, there are individuals who experience sezures playing with 'whiff-its'

Yes, you can get "high" off of nitrious oxide, but it is obviously not highly advisable. In whipped cream containers they pressurize the heavy cream, and the cream is transformed into "whipped cream" as it gets depressurized and leaves the container. The nitrous oxide that is emitted from the container is often very cold and is capable of frostbite, among other dangers.

Tilt the nozzle gently enough to let only air come out and not whipped cream. You'll get maybe 2 good 'hits' before it's empty of air and useless so it's kind of a waste. Each hit lasts about 30-45 seconds. Just keep inhaling till you can't anymore and hold it for a second then exhale and you'll be high. You just feel kind of lightheaded and dumb and then it's over. To be honest, it's kind of a waste of time and money plus it kills LOTS of brain cells in just one hit. It's ok to try it, just don't make it a habit.

NO if you brought the nitrous oxide cannister that look like tiny bombs or bullets fill up a balloon then inhale otherwise you could do yourself sum serious harm!

Never heard of anyone snorting it.
STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM IT!
The high is so short it is NOT worth all the damage it causes!!!!
I had a couple of friends that did them and they are no longer with us today.
