I was not aware of the USA or UK having any such problems. Maybe you are talking to the wrong people. Try talking to soldiers and other military personnel to get the correct picture on life in Iraq.

The USA and South Korea could, militarily, knock North Korea into a cocked hat in about a week,

That, however, would be no solution. It would risk alienating China, possibly risk the relationship that the US has with Pakistan (and Pakistan has co-operated with the West vide Islamic Terrorism), and would, quite rightly, re-inforce the moral right for Iran to develop nuclear weapons (if US, UK, France, Israel can have them, why shoud'nt we?). The viewpoint from the West is not the only valid viewpoint.

What does Japan think? Next to China, they are the most military capable nation in the area. If the Japanese choose to rattle diplomatic or military sabres or Samurai swords, it may open a few cans of worms apropos Manchuria and the Kwantung Army, but I feel that the Japanese have the political and cultural maturity to police this particular zone. It is wrong for the US to impose a global hegemony, and the US and Britain seem to be the only nations who are prepared to at least try to encourage democracy, if need be, by military means.. Australia has neither the military means nor political will to bother in this zone. Malaysia and Indonesia cannot act because of their own internal ethnic make-up. Taiwan and Thailand are very much US clients. Burma (Myanmar) armed forces are good for internal repression but could not punch a hole in a wet paper bag if it came to a war. Do we hand over responsibility for this region to Papua-New Guinea?

Australia, China, Japan. These are the big cheeses in this region. China is no longer a 'baddie' - I see Chinese container ships arriving daily at Felixstowe from the window of my own house. If we can embrace China economically, then we must entrust them politically and militarily. Otherwise, Japan and/or the Australians will have to ante-up. Japan can do it. I don't feel that the Aussies have the will.

America or the US is not getting their a-- kicked, it is not a war as we know it. The enemy do not show themselves...the US were only going to Iraq to extract the Fu--ers who murdered 3369 people in the WTC in New York the so called 9/11 2001. The US are now their to show there superiority, guard the oil and come out on top...this is only the doing of the US Government...soldiers just follow orders.

Know what a "punk" is in prison?

1) Bands with much running eyeliner may have told you we "got our asses kicked". But last time i recall we havent pulled out due to overwhelming casualties. Many of us feel were loosing if at all only because werre not using enough force. Were fighting too pc of a war to make women like you happy.

2) North korea is in no condition for a war reguardless of what Lil Kim can round up for a military parade. He will be removed from power faster than you could imagine once we decide to take out the train he feels secure in. 1 missle.

Nope if you fight one communist country you have to fight them all and our only true allies now is Oh Canada, half of England and Israel vs the world... But i say if the two political parties would quit fighting one another we could be an extremely powerful nation once again. And the only reason why we don't go to war with Iran is because supposedly the Iranians have already smuggled in suitcase bombs that can take out a city. So if you ask me I say were damned if we do were damned if we don't so get them before they get us.

if the US wage war on North Korea i guarantee it will be the war of all wars . North Korea are very much a closed state due to their Communistic Dictatorship, this would be a very long air war followed by an even longer ground war however i believe it would be the start of the first Nuclear War the world has ever seen.

The U.S.won't touch North Korea for fear of upsetting China.Even the Fuhrer Bush is scared to death of China so he and the CIA have tried to introduce pandemics twice now but China is on top of that horseshit. You are right about Iraq though,it's another Viet Nam and is not win able but its about oil and profit and The New World Order and George Dubya will keep killing Americans till he gets it all.
