Everything Everyone's said is absolute right - hunger will not in itself cause you to cough up blood.
An immediate and urgent visit to a doctor or A&E is the immediate treatment you should be giving yourself right now.

For information:
If you said you had been vomitting or feeling sick - and were bringing up blood - then this is a sign of an ulcer or some other stomach disorder - the stomach produces acids to break down the food you eat in order to digest...... If you put no or very little food in then the acids will start eating at the lining of the stomach - producing an ulcer - which is a like an open wound or sore in the lining of the stomach - eventually producing a hole in the lining - hence the pain and blood.
If, as you have said, you are coughing up blood - then this is more a sign of something wrong with your lungs and airways ..... too much coughing can rupture the small blood vessels in the membranes and linings of the lungs and throat and oesophagus (the canal for food to travel from the mouth to the stomach) .... do you have or have you had a bad chest infection recently? bronchitis? bronchiectasis? are you an asthmatic? you might even be developing emphesema (an extreme form of asthma)? are you having or have you had any treatment for any of this? if not then this is probably why you're coughing up blood - your body needs more help then nature can instantly provide. Please seek urgent attention........
Additionally, in the long term, apart from the ultimate result as so many have already point out - you could be setting yourself up for a lifetime of health and breathing problems - if you don't get help now.

man! its real dangerous. it is the chronic state of ulcer. hunger makes u cough blood because the acid inside the stomach has started eroding the intestinal walls.

My mother in law coughed up blood when she had lung cancer.
Of course she stopped coughing up blood when she died.
Go see a doctor, like everyone else has said.

Being hungry doesn't make someone cough up blood, but a lot of other things could. If you're coughing and seeing blood YOU NEED TO GO TO YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT NOW!!!
