Go to your local Public Heath Clinic. You can find them in your local phone book. They can lead to to resources for low income health insurance. You might also contact your local Department of Social Services. They not only offer Medicaid, they can steer you to state offered health plans for people who's income is too high for Medicaid.

get a hold of the MS foundation in your area and See if they can help. also ask the hospital in wherever your located at and see if they have a program called Bridge Assistance. if they do see if they can qualify for that. it will only last for 1 year, but the meds are not covered through it . but then they can help them find someone to help pay for they medical premiums for basic health through the state . that is what my husband and i were lucky enough to have done for us after i almost died from ulcers bursting in my intestines . and had a bill of $100 K after 26 days in the hospital and ICU ward and no insurance
