Unfortunately, I know all about this one. It's a problem I've lived with for most of my life, and I know some people wouldn't be able to imagine any women not being happy with an over abundance of boobs.

Regardless, there isn't anything you can do to minimize the size of your breast without surgery. You can buy minimizer and sports bras, wear loose fitting clothes, and wait for old age to take some of the fullness away (but trade it for sag).

When I diet, I find the slimmer waist, smaller hips, and firmed up pecs, only make my boobs look bigger.

Weight loss will make them smaller (but could be a little or a lot, theres no way of telling!) but also increase the effects of gravity :(
No exercise will make much difference either as the breast tissue is not muscular (its fatty tissue). The only thing you could do would be to strengthen the chest wall muscles which gives a tad better support.
So its either invest in a good quality minimising bra or the surgery.

Dieting is the only thing that will work outside reduction surgery.Everyone is going to tell you to work out for your chest. That's because none of them have any idea what they are talking about.Spot reduction is 100% myth.

You can try doing more exercise like walking, hiking or weight training to reduce fat all over but it comes from all over your body, not just your breasts.
Try eating less carbohydrates and dividing your caloric intake into 5-6 smaller meals per daty to mitigate insulin activity.Eat less calories than you consume by calculating your BMR.

And there is absolutely no need to drink 8 8 opunce glasses of water per day.

Just stay well hydrated, cut calories and exercise regularly. This is why woman body builders have small breasts. It's from dieting(and sometimes steroid use)not fron the chest exercises that they do.
If you're using oral contraceptives stop.Do the Depo shot instead.Orals can increase the size of your breasts.

How big is big Wanda? If you don't want surgery, love the ones your with. To many woman do not know how to take care of their big breast. You should wear your bra as much as possible. When you get pregnant you should wear it 24/7. It will pay off in the long run. My mother taught me how to care for my 42 DDs when I was young, I am 46 years old with great looking breast. TAKE CARE OF YOUR BIG BREAST LADIES!!!

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to reduce your size without surgery. There are lots of "professional" who claim they can help you without surgery, the truth is that they can help you reduce the size of your bank account not your breasts.

i agree with you dear question asker. I have breast that are too large in my opinion. Although only a 34d they simply are way out of proportion with my size 4 body. Making it very hard to buy clothes that look sophisticated in.

Have considered reduction but do not feel that the scars are worth it..

So whilst i can not answer your question I do indeed sympathise with you

Set your personal machine alarm to ring hourly—stand in place for 1 to 5 minutes every time it goes off.
