Eeep that's not cool - it could get stuck or even some of the metal could poison him if it dissolves seeing as he's so young. I'd take him to the vet for an x-ray so they can decide wether it needs to be gone in after or it will pass on its own.

I would wait for him to go, but in the meanwhile of waiting, i would call a vet instead of making a trip there for nothing. See what they say and then follow it.

All you can do is **** and wait,that is:check his poo.
After 3 days i would get worried.
See a petdoctor.
They can check it in no time.
