The family is expecting a new born within a week, my third nephew, so we won't be travelling. Usually we travel to our hometown to visit and celebrate with relatives.

We have friends visiting for Eid. With a newborn baby we haven't seen since just after the birth (4 months ago). So after Eid prayers, insha'allah we will visit other families and then have nice Eid dinner.
Peace and Blessings,
Salim

I think I have a mission to help others understand what is
going to take place in a logical way.
The Earth is going to go through a physical change. And that
will create spiritual after-effects as well. The Domino theory.
Knock one down, and it will knock the rest down.
Cause and effect. Every action has an opposite and equal
reaction, and all that.
I feel the Earth will move around 2012. The 6th seal in
Revelation. Isaiah 24.
When billions of souls are released at once. It will create a
spiritual power that opens the doors to other realitities.
Isaiah 24:18.
I hope to help others to face this bravely. Our spirit does survive
physical "death".
Whether I live to witness the rest. God knows.

Well since mom has been living with me our home is the centre for family gatherings throughout the year...Eid, kiddies parties.etc.
After Eid prayer we are having family over for lunch. Thereafter we will be visiting family and friends. Everybody meeting back home before sunset. Then it is more visitors and dinner.

It will be my first Eid without my family around me, I'm studying aboard. I'll celebrate the first day only, because I'll have to study for my university quizzes. :(

Make prayers and fellowship with kith & kin. Reflect on the lessons learned during Ramadhan.

I invited my family (non-Muslim) to celebrate with me, but they politely declined. I suppose I'll make a bountiful feast to share with my two young sons, and spend the day enjoying their company, playing, reading with them, and teaching them about Islam with stories.
