After talaq what are the islamic rules for settlement or how much does one need to give to his ex-wife in terms of money, land, property etc.

I am sorry I do not have enough information to answer your question, but as far as I know the amount of the alimony is decided upon several factors; the number of the kids, their level of expenses, the income of the husband, etc. It could be either agreed informally between the husband and wife during taking the divorce decision, or by court.
