Probably you 'll need "plastic caps "for the valves. around 100.000 Km they need to be changed otherwise it starts burning oil and smoke from exaust. The cost is around 160-200 dollars and the job finishes within couple hours. Ask your mechanic. Most of the mechanics know about this problem that Mitsubishis have.
If it didn't started "smoking" there is no problem. They are good cars and it will last at least 20 years.

Ask help from experienced car mechanic and have him test drive the second hand car for it's road worthiness before finally buying that car.

mitsubishis are built well but it all depends on how tha person who had tha car treated it....take it to a machanic and have him check it b4 you buy it
