I just heard the 10 commandments on TV and realized I'v broken all of them accept I have never born false witness or coveted my neighbors possessions or his wife. Is that good enough to get into Heaven or am I doomed?

Don't fear something that might not even exist. Be a good human being and live a long life.

Supossedly no commandment is better than the other...everyone has broken more commandments than they've kept and if they say they haven't their lying and therefore breaking another commandment (false witness)...The truth is NO ONE is completely innocent my suggestion is if you are worried about it ask for forgivness and mean it God will forgive any sin...But if it really doesn't bother you don't go saying your sorry..Thats just wasting your time and frankly Gods as well..

Anyone who hasn't trusted in Jesus for their salvation is on their way to hell but until you die no one can say that you are going there for sure. The Bible says that the law came to be our school master to show us that on our own we could never be good enough to get into Heaven. But Jesus came full of grace and truth to give his life as a ransom for many.

It's like if you were in a court room and the judge said you had to pay a huge fine that you could never hope to pay on your own or face the death penalty and the judge's son was in the room and he offered to pay your fine for you. If you accept you walk out a free person with no worries. If you tell him that you don't want his charity then even though there was a way for you to be forgiven of your debt you don't take it and have to pay with the rest of your eternal life in hell.

I think it is very strange that you named those 2 commandments because almost everyone has lusted after something that was not thiers and I find it hard to believe you have never told a lie. I also don't know who or what you killed but I do feel that everything is forgivable if you truely have changed.

Itz not related with religion. U dont have to believe in Jesus for takin help from God! Religions r only the ways to go to Him. You r sayin uve just heard those commandments. Then God wud never punish u sth u didnt know, He is full of mercy n waitin for our repentances. If u r sorry abt wat u did in the past n decide to not to repeat them in ur future, God wud never let u to go to hell. He doesnt want this, if He wanted He wud burn this world too, itz not difficult 4him... This world is a quiz 4us. I wish u luck in ur life n not to repeat those wrong behaviors.

ps Red Rover stop insultin to muslims! u r an adult accept the human rights n believes n respect them! Muslims dont have 10 commandments n dont have two of them u r talkin abt! U dont know a muslim in ur real life dont u? Im sorry abt u, u r a real loser!

Become a Muslim they don't KILL infidels (Terrorists do) and they pray 5 times a day.

Islam is the only path to heaven. All other ways are dead end after Islam became the final and only accepted religion by God (Allah).

It depends on the nature and circumtances when your "sins" are committed. You need to conduct self-examination and self-rectification. When your intention is righteous, sincere and truthful to your conscience and all beings, you need not fear. If you know you have done wrong, take the first step to make the rectification. Only after you have done so, repent.

Our righteousness is filthy rags to the lord our god for all have sinned and fallen short of his glory. That is why Jesus died for you, so that you can be righteous before our god by his blood for he paid the price for our sins.
The only way in to heaven is to seek Gods face consistently and praise the name of his son, forsake your sins and seek forgiveness through our lord Jesus Christ. Those who serve do exactly that, we live by the word of god on stage and off, we pray every day because we know we are wrong and Jesus is the only way. We surrender our life to him, we grow to be like him for he is our father and we are his son and if we truly seek him then we will bear fruit. A character like that of the lord our god is the fruit, we do not become greater than out teacher but as our teacher.
You know then you are wrong, so then go to God in the name of Jesus Christ his son and seek forgiveness, he will cleanse you, wash you of your sins and begin to build you to be what it is he wants you to be.

None of us are good enough to get into Heaven. It is by grace, through faith, that we are saved.
If you want to go to Heaven, you must be born again. Say a prayer, asking God to forgive you of your sins and invite Jesus to come into your heart and life.
Believe in your heart that you are saved!

that decision is only determined by God.... anyone who actually answered you saying it would be heaven or hell would be a fool.... you should repent for things you have done wrong and speak with God however you know how.... those who come to God with a pure heart are never turned away
