Just starting any honest conversation with him could go a long way. A lot of times shy guys have simply experienced some tough rejection, so showing him that you're willing to really listen to what he has to say might make him open up more than you would think. You might not even have to say much if you can find a subject he's interested in.

Find something you have in common and go with that. Say you both take the same class ask her what the homework was, or if you like the same kind of music ask when a certain CD or concert is coming up. Just a tip though don't try to fake being an extrovert just be shy it's kind of cute to a lot of girls.

That's great! You guys are both shy. So this means that first you should tell her straight up front. "Look, i'm shy but I think your cute and i just wanted to see if you wanted to hang out some time. Your gonna be surprised with the response she gives you. Just try it out.

Mate. Spend the next few days building up as much confidence as possible. Go up to her and use that line. Listen to her answer and try pick up on any of her interests. You will be right, champ. Just make sure you try or you will be kicking yourself.

Just go up to her and ask her if she wants to go for a drink or movie. Or if you are really shy, get her number or email from one of her friends and text her or email her.
