When I was a kid I used to sit with my legs folded, now as a 30 year old adult, I can't sit that way very long without my feet and legs falling asleep. Do you have the same problem?

Actually, I think it is all in your flexibility and what you normally do. For instance, I am a kindergarten teacher -- I do it all day long with the children. In fact, beyond the classroom, I catch myself doing it naturally and there is no falling asleep. I get no cramps, no tired feeling, nothing. But I also know there are millions of adults out there who see how I sit and wince, like they are in pain ... so I am assuming you are not in the minority there. If it is any assurance, I also can't walk a long way without breaking into a run or a skip!

Yep. I'm long-legged so I've never liked sitting indian-style, but now it puts my feet to sleep.

That position causes poor circulation. Keep living, you're going to experience many more conditions that you never even knew existed. Just wait until you start passing gas when you laugh or bend over. Life's funny, isn't it?!
