how did you get his phone number? don't' chase him though. that's never attractive. shows desperation almost. let it be. if he asks you out then go out with him. let him know your interested though. talk to him, laugh at his stupid jokes. men pick up on that. i think the number one clue for them they know if a girl likes him, the girl laughs at his jokes and touches him. like on the arm and that. so strike up a convo. don't chase him though. but talk to him. be his friend. that's the best place to start any relationship. is friendship

If you love him and he knows you love him then ASK HIM if you guys can go out. If he knows you love him, then theres nothing to be waiting for...just start dating unless you just wanna dream about him which is plain boring. You have an advantage that he knows you love him. START DATING!
Get things rolling.
IMagine all the days you can spend TOGETHER if he agrees to be your boyfriend and all the memories you can start creating rightaway..
I know its tough but ASK before he gets caught up with some other girl and then you will REGRET not having asked and of what COULD have been.
Life is short so dont be afraid and I am sure you can think of a smart way to get him to say yes.

You should call him or talk to him. The best thing to do is be a his friend first and that arguing part he arguewith you cause he don't like you

dont be silly...heres my suggestion if the guy like a woman,he gonna call and make the first move....smart and gentlemen guy doesnt want the girl that cheap....wait and find out if he likes u or not...dont call him or whatever..let him do the move...

when arguing,start smiling suddenly and tell him you are both acting silly..he will smile back to u..and that's how it begins..try talking nicely,tell your opinions and try find conversation subjects that u are both interesed in.find out what he likes and surprise him..be sneaky,girl!twist his mind...play the innocent when necesary,ask his help..be tough and help him when in need..get close to him...
