I would if I never hooked up with them, sure. It's like this: I flirt until I succeed. Then, if I think it is worth it, I continue. Just that simple.

Yes. Flirting isn't a bad thing. it's a way of testing how you interact and it's a comfort knowing there are people out there that think you're fine. Go right ahead just be sure not to lead them on. Have fun!!!!
