I had allrdey aplled for citizenship since Oct2005&past the test on 6-05-2006.

If you have already taken the test and passed the test on June 5, 2006, you should have been sworned in by now. Not unless you had to submit documents and the documens have not been receive. If this is not the case and you pass the test and were not asked to submit documents you need to go the immigration office having jurisdiction over your place of residence (where you live) and inquire about your case. The application number you listed is where your application was accepted keyed into the system and processed. (Lincoln Nebraska) So just go to the immigration office and inquire about your application it's just that simple.
