You need to contact the court of that state to see whether the court supports the use of a video link rather than personal appearence. Most courts will not do this unless you are a key witness, or have proper reason for inability to show up at the court (i.e. currently in custody of another country and failed to apply for a justice visa). Otherwise, a written statement can be used instead, but under the Adversary system of trial, such statement carries less weight than a real witness in the trial. In short, contact the courts of that state, or your lawyer for advice.

I don't know what state but It is always best to keep in contact with a court. If there is a valid reason you can not make it in person the court Will usually do what it can for you. If they just don't hear from you they will issue a warrant.

Your asking in the wrong location. Contact the court where you are to appear, or better yet write a letter to the judge.

Generally speaking, NO. If you have a court date, and you fail to appear, they can issue a warrent for your arrest for contempt of court, in addition to the other charges pending against you.

You need to make a written statement.

You should not be required to attend court in another state unless you are the one on trial.

You need to contact a lawyer.

I think probably not and even you could, you shouldn't. If you don't show you are saying you don't take the charge seriously and could impact what happens next.
