hi there;
Swimming!! Swimming uses all the major muscle groups and is good cardio too.
Also, reduce your stress levels. Belly fat is from stress. The belly is where your body will store extra for stress. Swimming each week, you need to relax, do not make it something that is work for you! Make it a time where you can relax in the water while working your body too. There is something about being in water that relaxes the mind as well as the body.

Try to keep a regular practice of setups everyday, just to concentrate on this area.
There are also capsules from Roche called xenical, it helps in removing fat from the body especially intestine (the belly area), so I think it will be of a good help. The exact mechanism of action u can check it online. Frankly, I didn’t use it but I can tell u that it is safe as many of my friends have been using it.

I'd suggest you need to do some crunches. Even when slim, if you don't do exercises to tone then you can have some flabby skin. Using a Fitball (or Swiss ball/Gym ball as some know it) can help, as you can use it to target a particular area, depending on how what part of your back you rest on it. There are many different ways it can be used to tone the body.

If this is the way you are built, and it isn't going to change, but probably get worse after childbirth, why don't you accept it and try finding the most attractive clothing styles for yourself. I know a 70 yo lady who has a HUGE protruding belly, and she insists on wearing empress style dresses. She appears to be in her 40th trimester.
If you wear clothing that makes you look good, and not show off the areas you don't like, you'll feel better about yourself. It's fashionable to look good, not fashionable to wear clothing that doesn't fit your body. Good luck

do about 200 sit ups every day. they work out the area below your abs, so doing crunches wouldn't be too much help

all of the above suggestions and add on some regular bike riding (not on a bike machine but a real bike on the street or bike trail if possible).

You're going to have to do crunches. Situps won't take care of this area.
