My kids all went until they were in the second grade. The discipline is strict and the expectations are high but on the flip side; the curriculum is student guided so the kids got to pick what they learned and how they learned it to an extent. This approach kept them interested. For example my daughter could give you a detailed description of what photosynthesis was and how it worked. This is expected in about the 4th or 5th grade. SHE WAS 4 YEARS OLD!!! over all I liked it for them though. Wish I could have kept them in some sort of private school, I have 6 children of my own plus my husband and I do foster care too, so the funds aren't always available. (that's a drawback too I guess)
