they will ask you about your health, diseases, last time in the hospital, any surgery, do you have diabetics, heart problems, high blood pressure, cancer, and other types of illness....
they will ask for list of all doctors that you have seen or been treated by, emergency room visits, list of hospitals, i believe for the last 7 years.....a list of medications and what are they for...also what medications,vitamins over the counter you take.....they may also ask about mental health issues.......

The question is rather vague. The answer will depend wheather you are applying for employment or interested in protecting your families income by buying life insurance.

insurance co. naver cover the life of the insured the co. always coverd the finencial loss.
