The Nikon L5 is a 7.1 megapixel camera with 8mb of internal storage.
You have to buy an SD card (I recommend a 1GB Sandisk Ultra II or Extreme III).
because 8mb will only let your store about 2-3 photos at the best resolution.

Hi, I recommand you to try google picasa.
picasa is a Google's photo software. It's what should've come with your camera.
It can Edit , organise and Share you picture and small video flips.
It's very easy to use and is free, just like Google
