No I believe "Behind every successful man is a woman whose constant nagging meant he couldn't stand to be at home any longer so he went out and did stuff just to get away from her." It isn't very concise however.

In the sense that all men are born of women, yes.
But in today's business world, the wife is seldom the extremely positive effect that she once was.
She can be a VERY negative effect if she puts her mind to it.
