the whole bar thing has dissapeared and i cant get it back help!!!

Pull the plug, restart on safe mode by tapping the F8 button?

Go to the place where start button used to be, stay there for a moment, it will come back, then RIGHT click on it LEFT click properties, then click TASKBAR, then click on AUTO-hide.

Put your cursor on the bar, right click and select toolbar. If that doesn't work, ctrl, alt, del and reboot.

drag the mouse down to it and left click when your onj it and drag it up. also you can hit the windows key. thats the key on your keypad that looks like a floating window.
