Sweetie, if you didn't tell me, I was going to tell you that stress was the cause of it. Nothing will help except to get rid of the stress. If it's your job, then get another one. Losing your hair isn't worth it. If it's a guy problem, same advice goes. If it's death or something like that, it will eventually resolve itself. But there is nothing that can help you that is on the market. All of these hair products that "claim" they can grow hair, is a scam to get your money. Try to get rid of the stress, and then wait about 3-6 months. By that time your hair will stop falling out like it is. Good luck hun !

I think it's probably from too much stress,so try to get in a less stressful situation. But you can do stuff to minimize it in the meantime. Be gentle with your hair, don't comb it too hard, or use too many products on it. Also, try not to pull it back alot. try to get plenty of sleep, take a good multivitamin, and try to get a little bit of de-stress time during your day. If I'm under lots of stress, I make sure to get about 10 minutes every few hours away from everything-no phone, tv etc. Also, you didn't say in your question, but have you been under any anesthesia in the last 6-9 months? I had surgery once, and the girl at the dr's office told me that sometimes anesthesia will cause hair to fall out a lot in a few months. Sounded weird at the time, but she was right.
Good Luck!

Hair loss is related to a number of things. Our healthy eating habits, stress, hormonal, medication, pregnancy (etc) Keep in mind what we eat shows on the outside. There are some available products that work. Mesotherapy scalp treatment which nourishes the hair follicle's. Hot oil head massage which has the same effect. Consulting a Physician is highly recommended

i'm going through the same delema, try to cut your hair shorter so that you can take care of it better and also try not to stress your hair out too much, as in not too much heat or harsh products
have it down more than up, when its being pulled back in a bun or ponytail you're pulling at the root and your hair roots become thinner and weaker and are easier falling out
try not to damage it too much, and just relax
going to a dermatologist might help too
good luck

Start taking vitamins specifically for women. Remember that hair is made mainly of protien, so be concious of your protein intake. You definetly need to reduce your stress level somehow, this is a common symptom of excessive stress over a prolonged period of time.

the first thing you shud do is try and reduce your stress..try to relax..and the next step would be to give your hair the nourishment they require...buy "biotiques" bhringraj hair oil...it works wonders..massage it regularly before shampooing your hair. it cums for 135 rs.
and yes cutting your hair short wud make it easy for you to maintain thm.
take vitamin B complex tabs for 15 days (available at any medicine shop)
and stick to a healthy diet...lots of fruits and vegies..lots of water (at leat 2 ltrs daily).

I had the same problem- but I'm not stressed.
During routine blood work at docs, it showed up that I was anemic. Iron supplements took care of it AND I had more energy.

take a vacation or do something relaxing that is if the stress is causing it but, it might just be that your hair is really weak so use some shapo and conditioners that will strengthen it
